“ the Butcher of Moscow” perfect way to describe another Fascist dictator in the mold of Hitler, Stalin, Lenin, Mao, Amin, Pinochet, Xi, Kim; I’m sure I missed a few.

But to think that a man who lost his son can write so clearly and be committed to Democracy and getting to the truth behind January 6, is awe-inspiring.

Raskin and Zelenskyy are true hero’s. I applaud them both. Great thread Steven, thank you. I pray for our country, Ukraine and the world. Let us not forget all the non-white people who have suffered the horrors of butchers but without the outcry and help that Ukraine is receiving worldwide.

Love for this country just oozes from the very being of Jamie Raskin, a true example of what being a patriot means. He recognized the need to "save America" and his involvement and leadership in it probably averted a very dark emotional plunge following the horrific death of his son. God bless all true patriots.

It was disturbing to watch Putin strut before a gazillion flag waving Russian citizens today marking the anniversary of his grabbing Crimea. I wish somehow a big screen with the dead bodies of Ukrainians waiting in line for bread could have been flashed to them.

Although they may not be able to eulogize as eloquently as Congressman Raskin, should Putin stick his nose over the line of demarcation, other parents will be just as heartbroken when their Tommy no longer comes home.
