When Silvio Villegas Gonzalez was shot and killed by ICE agents September 12, 2025 after driving his children to school in Chicago, it was a call for ALL Americans to care - not waiting until a white woman citizen was killed. Too many Americans did not care because Silvio, an immigrant from Mexico, was living in America - Working, Paying Taxes, Educating his Children, Abiding by all Laws. Those Millions of Americans who voted for Trump wanted Silvio and his Brown Children out of America - however it needed to be accomplished. Sadly, the violence of the Federal government will strengthen the resistance, but we will have to go through cycles of spreading violence and increasing resistance until the Trump Administration realizes that they are losing the battle.
