It may have been a Freudian slip when Todd Blanche—asked if he and Donald Trump are friends—said yesterday, “I’m his lawyer,” before correcting himself (“was his lawyer”). But he couldn’t hide the myriad ways he’s prioritized the nefarious interests of Trump rather than justice, the people and the department he wants to lead as attorney general.
